High-speed refrigerated centrifuge  is a special instrument that uses centrifugal force to separate and precipitate the mixed solution, and is a tool in laboratory separation and preparation work. This type of centrifuge is usually equipped with cooling centrifugal chamber refrigeration equipment, temperature control by the thermocouple installed in the centrifugal chamber to detect the temperature of the centrifugal chamber. High-speed ice centrifuges have a number of internally changeable angular or swinging rotary heads, which are mostly used to collect microbial cell fragments, large organelles and some sediments.

High-speed refrigerated centrifuge  use precautions：

1, in the pre-cooling state, the centrifuge cover must be closed, after the end of the centrifuge to take out the rotor should be placed on the experimental table, dry the remaining water in the chamber, the centrifuge cover is open.
2. When ultra-fast centrifugation is performed, the liquid must be filled with the centrifugal tube, and the centrifugal tube must be vacuumed when it is super-separated. Only filling can avoid the deformation of the centrifugal tube. If the seal of the centrifugal tube cover is poor, the liquid cannot be filled to prevent spillover and affect the normal operation of the sensor.
3, the rotary head in the pre-cooling rotary head cover can be placed on the platform of the centrifuge, or placed on the test bench, must not be tightened floating on the rotary head, because once mistakenly started, the rotary head cover will fly out, causing an accident!
4. After tightening the turnhead cover, be sure to touch the gap between the turnhead and the turnhead with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and tighten it again until it is confirmed that there is no gap before starting the centrifuge.
5, be sure to ground the wire when using. The material added to the centrifuge tube should be relatively balanced, such as causing an imbalance on both sides, will cause great damage to the centrifuge, at least will shorten the service life of the centrifuge.
6, in the centrifuge process, the operator shall not leave the centrifuge room, in the event of an abnormal situation, the operator can not turn off the POWER, to press STOP. Fill out centrifuge usage record before pre-cooling.
High-speed refrigerated centrifuges  are mostly used to collect microorganisms, cell fragments, cells, large organelles, sulfuric acid precipitates, and immune precipitates.
