Common fault analysis
1、After the power supply is turned on, the control panel displays normally, the cooling fan works normally, and the intermediate relay works while the centrifuge does not work when the start key is pressed. According to the fault phenomenon analysis, the power supply part and the control part should be normal, and the fault should be in the line from the control board to the motor, the carbon brush and the motor. Open the centrifuge, use a multimeter to measure the line conduction from the control board to the carbon brush, and then measure the carbon brush to the motor rotor is not conductive, carefully observe the poor contact between the carbon brush and the motor rotor, remove the carbon brush and find that the use time is too long, too short caused. Replace new carbon brush, troubleshooting. This failure is a common failure of the centrifuge, and the carbon brush should be replaced regularly to avoid the above failures.

After starting up, use a multimeter to measure the non-voltage output of the wire from the control board to the motor, you can judge that the fault should be on the control board, where the intermediate relay does not work, the fault should be on the control circuit of the control intermediate relay, and eliminate it one by one, and find that the C9013 triode breakdown on the control board, and the new C9013 triode is worse.
3、After the power is turned on, the control panel displays normally, and the centrifuge works normally when the start key is pressed. However, when the stop switch is pressed, the centrifuge has no reaction and cannot stop working. According to the analysis of fault phenomena, the fault should be in the stop control part of the control circuit, which includes the stop switch, the power control board and the timer control board. Open the centrifuge, use a multimeter to test the stop switch, and it is normal; After starting up, the signal output from the measuring power control board to the timer control board is AC 16V normal, the fault should be on the timer control board, and the timer control board can not perform the stop task after receiving the stop signal. Eliminate one by one, found on the timer control board C9013 triode and model 16V, 470μF capacitor breakdown, worse new triode and capacitor, troubleshooting.
4、After the power is turned on, the control panel displays normally, and the centrifuge works normally when the start key is pressed. But when the stop switch is pressed, the centrifuge does not stop working immediately, but spins for a long time before slowly stopping. According to the fault phenomenon analysis, the fault should be in the control circuit part of the stop brake control part, the brake control part includes the model: WJ176-12V intermediate relay, brake resistance R: 20-30Ω, the model: KBPC50A10M silicon pile and wire. Turn on the centrifuge and use a multimeter to measure the brake resistance, intermediate relay and wire. After starting the centrifuge, press the stop button and use a multimeter to measure the 4 corners of the silicon pile with AC 12V input and no DC 12V output. Judge that the silicon pile is bad and replace it with a new one.
