When using the centrifuge, the weight of the material should not exceed the weight of the centrifuge, the material should be evenly placed in the right place, so as not to reduce the service life of the centrifuge due to excess weight.

Of course, we also need to regularly refueling the centrifuge maintenance, generally every 6 months.

It is also necessary to check whether the internal device of the centrifuge has worn or loosened. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

When the centrifuge is being repaired, turn off the power switch and wait at least three minutes before removing the centrifuge cover or workbench to avoid electric shock.

Be sure to take necessary safety measures before using materials that are toxic, radioactive or contaminated with disease-causing microorganisms.

How do we use the centrifuges?

1. The centrifuge should be placed on a stable and solid table when in use.

2. Keep a safe distance of more than 750px around the centrifuge, and do not store any dangerous goods near the centrifuge.

3. Select an appropriate swivel head and control the swivel head speed. The speed setting shall not exceed the maximum speed.

4. Carefully check whether there are foreign matter and dirt in the hole before each use to keep balance

5. The centrifuge should not run for more than 60 minutes at a time.

6. When the centrifuge is completed, the hatch can only be opened after the centrifuge is completely stationary, and the centrifuge tube should be removed as soon as possible

7. After the use of the machine, do a good job of cleaning and keep the machine clean.
