1. When cultured cells, all operations must be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of aseptic operation.

2. Please preheat the cell factory and medium to the culture temperature in advance: As the larger the incubator is, the longer it will be to reach the set culture temperature, so before the experiment, preheat the cell factory and medium to the culture temperature can accelerate the cell adhesion speed and significantly improve the cell harvest rate.

3. the operation should be gentle, avoid large shaking to produce bubbles: bubbles may cause the media flow from the upper layer to the lower layer, resulting in uneven media distribution, and even cell clumping.

4. Avoid spraying alcohol or disinfectant on the breathable cover. Alcohol or disinfectant may moisten the hydrophobic filter membrane, resulting in no breathable air, affecting gas exchange or resulting in unbalanced pressure during operation. 

These are some of the problems that need to be focused on and paid attention to when growing cells in a cell factory. Cell culture is a very rigorous and meticulous work, and a little neglect may cause cell contamination, clasp, not sticking to the wall, etc. Only by mastering the correct operation method can we ensure the smooth progress of cell culture.
